We are on the Vlorë-Orikum road every day, so you pay no travel costs and wait hours, not days. For new apartments we work directly with builders or owners: complete plumbing installation, fixture fitting, water heater and pressure pump, with documented pressure tests you can hand to the buyer or agency.
For private homes: leak repairs, drain unblocking, water heater installation and repair, pressure problems — everything with a fixed written price agreed before we start.
